Christmas Mini Session FAQ’s
What types of Xmas minis do you offer in 2026?
We’re excited to offer Studio Mini Sessions in 2026 — the Burgundy Floral Christmas theme. The setup is thoughtfully designed to create a beautiful, dreamy backdrop for your holiday photos.
Are the mini shoots refundable? Can we reschedule?
Because of our limited availability, session fees are non-refundable.
Nonetheless, you have the flexibility to transfer your studio session to family or friends. If you need to reschedule, a $50 administration fee will be incurred. The studio session fee can be converted into credits for a future appointment. Please inform us of your rescheduling request as early as possible so we can make your session available to other clients. If your spot is successfully filled by another client, we can waive the administrative fee.
What are your maximum participants? Can grandparents join the photo session?
Grandparents or other family members/friends are welcome to join for an additional fee of $50 per person. Please bring cash.
Can I bring our pets?
Certainly for small pets! $50 per pet. Please book our Plus package to allow for more time. Ensure pets are closely supervised.
Can we bring our newborn baby?
For the best results, we recommend that babies are at least 3-4 months old, as poses for newborns are very limited.
Can I wear outdoor shoes?
Clean shoes and socks are all good.
Is 15 minutes enough time?
Absolutely! The 15-minute slot is ample for a family of 4-5. If you prefer more time, feel free to book the 25-minute session.
What is your turnaround time for delivering proofs?
Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a gallery link. Find your proof folder under your name and session date. Proofs will be uploaded within 1–6 days of your photo session. Please note, no additional email updates will be sent.
What is your turnaround time for delivering the final images?
Once you’ve chosen your photos, they will be uploaded to your Final gallery within 2-7 days. Please note that no email updates will be sent.
What is the price for each additional image?
Each image is priced at $100, or you can get three images for $200, or $250 for 5 images.
What is the price for photo retouching?
Basic photo editing, which includes color correction and adjustments to brightness and contrast, is included. For more extensive photo retouching, such as skin smoothing, blemish removal, slimming and face swapping, the cost ranges from $10 to $100 per image, depending on the specific request.
Where are you located? Is it wheelchair accessible?
Studio sessions will be held in Richmond.

Our studio is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access at this time.

What types of Xmas minis do you offer in 2025?
We’re excited to offer Studio Mini Sessions in 2025 with two festive themes — the Frosted Dreams Set and Peach & Pine. Each setup is thoughtfully designed to create a beautiful, dreamy backdrop for your holiday photos.
We also have two special options this year:
Solo Portrait Sessions for kids and adults — perfect for anyone who would love an individual portrait as a holiday keepsake. These make wonderful family memories and are also great for holiday greetings or sharing on social media.
A one-day Santa Experience for kids and families — a magical chance to capture timeless holiday moments with Santa himself. Update: Completed.
